Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs subscription payments, cancellations, and refunds for AR Menu ("Service", "we", "our", "us"). By subscribing to AR Menu, you agree to this policy.

This policy is intended to comply with applicable laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and digital service best practices.

1. Subscription Model

AR Menu is offered as a subscription-based digital service. Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected at the time of purchase.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No additional charges will be applied after cancellation.

Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the unused portion of the subscription period.

3. Refund Policy

a. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

In line with Paddle’s Buyer Terms, AR Menu offers a 14-day refund period from the date of initial purchase.

If you request a refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment, you are eligible for a full refund, provided the request complies with this policy.

b. After 14 Days

After the 14-day refund window has passed, all payments are non-refundable, as AR Menu is a digital service that is delivered immediately upon activation.

c. Exceptions

Refunds may also be considered in the following cases:

Duplicate or erroneous charges

Technical issues that prevent access to core features and are not resolved within a reasonable time

Legal or regulatory requirements under Pakistani law

Any approved refund will be processed via the original payment method and subject to the payment provider’s processing timelines.

4. Free Trials (If Applicable)

If a free trial is offered:

You may cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged.

Failure to cancel before the trial ends will result in automatic billing according to the selected plan.

5. Plan Changes & Upgrades

Upgrading your plan may result in prorated charges. Downgrades will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

6. Suspension or Termination by AR Menu

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of our Terms & Conditions.

In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

7. Third-Party Payment Processing

Payments are processed via third-party payment providers (such as Paddle). Refunds, if approved, are subject to the policies and processing timelines of these providers.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.

9. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
